About the event
Art March Break with The Artsy Thistle is a joyful, hands-on creative camp where kids are encouraged to explore, experiment, and express themselves in a welcoming studio environment.
Throughout the week, young artists will enjoy a wide variety of art experiences including painting, sculpting, mixed media, jewelry making, printmaking, collage, and nature-inspired art. Each day introduces new materials and techniques designed to spark imagination and build confidence—there’s no right or wrong, only creativity.
Our focus is on process over perfection, giving children the freedom to try new things, get a little messy, and discover their own artistic voice. Guided by a local artist and educator, participants are supported every step of the way while still creating independently.
Art March Break is perfect for kids who love to create—and for those just discovering that they do.
